You will need to create a proposal of your own for President Obama indicating what you think is the best plan for economic recovery. In your proposal you should include your plan, historical fact for how you back up the plan (based on FDR’s new deal or ideas from the Sowell "Doing nothing?" articles), and details about what effect you expect your plan to have on the economy.
